What exactly do you want to know ?

What would be an efficient way to use the carbohydrate cycle to gain muscle?

What would be an efficient way to use carbohydrate cycling to gain muscle? I do not understand much about nutrition, and I'm here to learn from you!

I have no idea how I should set the macros nutrients in a carbohydrate cycling !!

    I heard there's even macronutrient time !!!

How would you configure a carbohydrate cycle? I'm interested in learning how to control macronutrients.

I am a guy who is not deep in nutrition. hugs

I would worry about the basics before carb cycling.

There are two stickies at top of thread that cover carb cycling though.

I know the basics of nutrition, I know what is the basal metabolic rate: - is the level of calories that our body uses at rest. I also know what is the total daily energy expenditure that is the rate of basal Metabolism multiplied by a table of activity factor from individual to individual. The total daily energy expenditure provides the level of calories to maintain the weight, even with the practice of physical activity during the day. I know these principles well, I know how to make the Harris - Benedict formulas to calculate the TMB. . I also know the activity factor graph to calculate the total daily energy expenditure, called TDEE. The intention of my question was to want me to dig deeper into carb carb. I am a lifter 4 years, 2 and a half years taking seriously the Nutrition .. Because in the early years of research, I never diet dictated by the lack of maturity. Today, more mature, I try to evolve my knowledge about nutrition ... until I apologize, saying that I was crazy in Nutrition. I understand a little, let's say the basics, that every lifter with an experience goes through the practice of lifting bodybuilding for 2 to 3 years ... Brother, have you ever participated in any bodybuilding competition? I'm a guy who has the dream of competing one day. .. That's why I'm hungry to learn. I was quite interested in cycling carb, I heard of carb carb. But I never researched! For me it is an honor to be part ...

Check out the carnivore diet, it will cut that fat off ya.

It’s basically an elimination diet where you get maul a bunch of meat!

It’s helping me, down 20 lbs this year.

I already did some types of carnivorous diet and a ketogenic diet that most fit my goal was a cyclic ketogenic diet. The cyclic ketogenic diet has a load of carbohydrates, which recharges the glycogen from the liver and muscle! An interesting spell that worked for me. But over time, I stopped using ketogenic diets and ended up coming back for diets rich in carbohydrates! Well, with carbohydrate-rich diets, I feel more invigorated to lift tons of weight. Ketogenic diets are interesting; more restrictive. -------- Many bodybuilders use this nutritional strategy (Carb Cycle) today to build their physique with great muscle quality. Example of Carbon Cycle: Monday is high carbohydrate day, on Tuesday it is low carb day and so on. I've always found it interesting, bodybuilders who get completely cracked all year round. ---- I'm looking for aesthetics for anyone who knows one day being up on a stage. davi

Interesting! 9.5 kg lost. The question is brother, were you able to handle muscle mass by losing almost 10 kg body fat?
