Well let's just say i love Indian grilled food. I feel it's pretty lean and clean. Any thoughts on bulking on it ? My choices are
Grilled meats:
Tandoori chicken
Kababs
Lamb chops
Etc
Carbs:
Naan
Biryani ( i could eat that 365 days a year)
Not into curries etc, i feel they make them too oily over here
