    Indian foods

    Well let's just say i love Indian grilled food. I feel it's pretty lean and clean. Any thoughts on bulking on it ? My choices are

    Grilled meats:

    Tandoori chicken
    Kababs
    Lamb chops
    Etc

    Carbs:
    Naan
    Biryani ( i could eat that 365 days a year)

    Not into curries etc, i feel they make them too oily over here

    Seems like an exotic bulk, if it works for you bro it works, I stick to the simple meals (9meals out of 10 is purely just for fuel not taste)

    Exotic bulk would be venison and elk. Gonna try that too

    Indian food gives me the ability to shit through a screen door. Probably not conducive to bulking

    Lol no fiber needed. I agree sometimes it burns both ends, going in and coming out
