Simple 'Bulking' Tips
Some simple ideas here to help get the calories needed when bulking. A lot of us can be on point with our training and supplementation and everything else , but our biggest limiting factor is simply getting enough calories in to really put on the weight.
Tip 1
Hard boiled eggs . one of the easiest foods to prep and bring with you. boil 2 dozen eggs, put in the fridge and they are ready to go with you anywhere.
what your going to do is eat 1 hard boiled egg before every single meal. super easy to do, takes 1 min, won't effect your appetite for the meal at all.
your going to get 80 calories, 5g of fat and 6g of protein (plus a lot of good quality micro nutrients) added to each meal..
if your eating 6 meals per day then now your suddenly getting an extra 480 cals per day and 30g of fat and 36g of protein per day.
over a period of one week , with this super simple tip, your getting in an extra 3,360 calories .
Tip 2
who doesn't like chocolate milk . only we don't want junk sugary processed and lactose based milk .. Fairlife chocolate milk is way better. After each meal drink 1 cup of Farilife Chocolate milk. 1 cup is not very much at all , you can drink that in about 30 seconds.
and you'll conveniently get 140 calories, 13g of carbs and 13g of protein.
so now your 6 meals per day have an added total of 840 calories, 78g of carbs and 78g of protein. over a period of a week you've just easily added 5,880 calories.
and again how easy is it to simply drink one little cup of chocalate milk after each meal . Fairlife also makes these in individual 'to go' little containers as well.. being its lactose free its not going to go bad easily and you don't need to store it in a fridge.
OK , so with those two super simple and easy tips , you've just added 9,240 calories per week
lets hear your tips for bulking

Sushi rice easier to eat a large volume of compared to any other type of rice. Example 2 cups or sushi rice feels like 1 cup of jasmine or basmati.
Peanut butter by the spoonful.
Mashed potatoes over other cooking options. Easier to eat a large volume and using heavy cream and/or grass fed butter makes eating them easier while still being healthy.
One note on Fairlife milk - Canada might be different but here they use a boatload of artificial sweetener in the chocolate version. It has more sucrolose and acetalfame-potassium than actual supplements like Xtend. Makes people repaint the toilet.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.
