gain muscle with low potassium
Can you still gain muscle with low potassium is it a must to get enough potassium in the diet. For example if someone was just to eat rice and chicken

You’re gonna end up with some nasty ass cramping if nothing else, if that’s literally all you’re eating. Electrolytes all play major roles in muscles abilities to contract and relax. So no, you can’t build muscle as effectively when electrolyte deprived, if for no other reason than you can’t contract musculature properly.
But seriously, fuck this whole idea. You’d have so many nutritional deficiencies that not being able to build muscle will be the least of your concerns.
