    If I had known this forum years ago I'm sure I would start doing things right ,from the beginning.
    I started this world of (ped) the wrong way. I regret it!
    But I don't apologize for that either, I'm a man to take on this shit I've done in my life.

    Now, I am seriously here to record all my diets and nutrition. To get over what I am today and move to another level.

    I really want to get big, soon I will log my current diet.

    I don't know if ectomorph is a curse or a blessing, because I eat dirty food while 600mg of testo cypionate without any aromatase inhibitor, and this is the physique I have frangolino ...


    My genetics sucks because I need to be eating all day ...


    I am 26 years old at 17 to 18 i was completely fucked skinny ....


    My current nutrition diet is not doing very well because I am at 3,000 kcal just without even a positive effect on the propulsion 40% c 40% p 20% f ..
    I'm about to include the use of nandrolone at 600 mg per week with 50mg of dianabol in the cycle I'm going to start ...


    The fuck I think I'm going to have to buy masteron before that, because for a long time I heard that he fights the progestinic nature of the 19-nor ..

    Just eat more...
    If you don't grow off of 3,000 calories then eat 3,500.

    I cup of nuts is 700-800 calories.

    Add one cup before bedtime and re-evaluate in a month.
    And drink Gatorade during workouts.


    I would love to be naturally lean.

    I'm taking dianabol around training and I feel great .
    I feel stronger in the bench press and when lifting with free weights.
