So I'm at a weird stage where if I'm carbed up my muscles are full and I look big but my 6 pack loses definition. The other side of that is when I deplete the carbs I look flat but my abs are fucking ripped. What's the solution for this? Lose more BF do that even when I'm carbed up and carrying water I still have the crazy an definition?
