This cut is a bitch
Just started cutting fee days ago and I want to kick the walls, this is one of the hardest cut. I have put on tons of muscles in last 12 months and I am always hungry and my muscles need food....
How to make this cut easy............ I am so hungry if I even slightly drop my cals....... Food I need food...

If it were easy then everyone would have an amazing physique. I just started a cutting diet about 4 weeks ago. 6 meals a day of meat and an egg and maybe some white rice. On top of that, doing cardio first thing in the morning and then an hour after workouts. You get used to it after a while...

Just run 200 - 400 cals under maintenance. Add in Tren . Do cardio. The time will fly. Once you start noticing yourself looking right you’ll be into it
