Macronutrient timing
The time of macronutrients in the diet, do you think it really matters?

It would depend on drugs being used. Typically I believe in a well balanced diet but when contest prep rolls around things change.
If I do my fasted cardio after administering HGH, not only will I wait an hour or two to have my first meal (to keep fat burning going), I will also skip carbs in that meal.
With the use of humalog pre or post workout we would also see the introduction of carbs or an influx of carbs. Many users will go carb free all day but add in insulin pre workout with an intra shake and post workout high carb meal. I don't think theres a magical one way of doing things. Digestion also needs to be evaluated here as well... My stomach can only handle so many carbs at once and definitely nothing even remotely high in fibre.
For most, timing macros is overkill. Simply following calories in vs calories out and making adjustments as needed will suffice. This is of course assuming that protein is on point (1-2g per lb depending on goal).
