I was preparing for the Jay Cutler Classic, but after all of these push backs I decided to just better myself this year to dominate the following year. I was wondering if there were any points in my current diet that you more experienced individuals could weigh in on.
Meal 1:
3/4 cup egg whites
3/4 cup raw oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 scoop weigh protein
1 banana (small)
1 scoop collagen
Meal 2:
6 oz. chicken/fish
6 oz. baked/sweet potatoe
1 cup veggies
(Pre workout)
Snack immediately before workout:
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Meal 3:
6 oz. chicken/fish
3/4 cup white rice
1 cup veggies
(Post workout)
Meal 4:
6 oz. chicken/fish
3/4 cup white rice
1 cup veggies
Meal 5:
6 oz. steak/beef (lean)
5 oz. baked/sweet potatoe
1/2 cup veggies
Meal 6:
1.5 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
Supplements:
Fish oil (2 1,000 mg pills twice a day)
CLA (1 750 mg pill twice a day)
Multivitamin (w/ digestive enzymes)
Cardarine (30 mg a day)
