Eating a lot Clean food very Quickly and digesting it faster. high caloric intake
Anyone puree much of their days meals?
how much protein powder a day is the recommended amount?
This sounds disgusting, but downing 1,000 calories can take a matter of minutes.
here is a shake i like. i'm thinking about tripling it. what's the most amount of times i could take this shake in a day?
Puree all in blender
.5 cups rolled oats
.5 cups steel cut oats
.5 cups Apple cider vinager
50g. Protein isolate (strawberry)
.25 cups and .1 ounces of Flax seed meal [or chia seed]
I feel like i could eat a whole shit ton of clean food this way very quickly, so i'm not eating all day and into the evening and allowing my blood sugar to drop for planned HGH releasing peptide combos. I feel like i could really pig out, still have a majorly clean diet, and have good fasting periods.
And i drink V8 like its cool, but this place i have down the street does 32oz of fresh liquefied veggies for 13 bucks. that's hella pricey but i hate whole vegetables. F!@$ i can even buy veggies and do it myself.
should i try this if i'm confident about it?
