My old lady gave me her old Fitbit and I've been using it and tracking my diet and well I need some help to LOSE WEIGHT
I had 4 cans of coke , 2 bowls of white rice, 2 pop tarts 6 bottles of water , 7oz hamburger, slice of bread with pb
I plan to eliminate pop tarts so take away 380 calories 76g of carbs. Maybe not eat so much rice . Cut back on pop and maybe add 30-70g of protein . Maybe cut out rice completely
I am working on adding more veggies,fruit ,eggs nuts
