    Diet help

    My old lady gave me her old Fitbit and I've been using it and tracking my diet and well I need some help to LOSE WEIGHT

    I had 4 cans of coke , 2 bowls of white rice, 2 pop tarts 6 bottles of water , 7oz hamburger, slice of bread with pb

    I plan to eliminate pop tarts so take away 380 calories 76g of carbs. Maybe not eat so much rice . Cut back on pop and maybe add 30-70g of protein . Maybe cut out rice completely

    I am working on adding more veggies,fruit ,eggs nuts

    I'll bite...

    You want to lose weight?
    Well your diet sucks.

    There is more to dieting than just calories and macros.
    Food should also be nutritious Think vitamins and minerals and fiber and micronutrients.

    Eat 4-5 meals a day.
    Only eat whole foods.
    Eat a lean protein and some fruit and vegetables with every meal.
    Have your highest carb meals around your workout.

    Drink enough water.

    White rice is fine.
    Pop tarts and Coke are not.
