Hello im 5'11 started cycle at 185 pounds, goal to get to 10% body fat

I started first 2 weeks Anavar only 50mg ED with cardarine and 50mcg clen

2 weeks in after anavar only started Tren 100mg eod + Test prop 50mg eod and up my Anavar to 80mg ED plus clen 50mcg 2 weeks on/off, and just started t3 75mcg

Running anavar for total 8 weeks and Tren/prop 8 weeks

Im in a calorie deficit of a round 1000 here is my diet :

Breakfest:
Oatmeal: 220 calories, 10g protein, 40g carbs, 4g fats
AlmondButter: 96 calories, 3.2g protein, 3.2gCarb,8.6gfats
IsowheyProtein: 130 calories, 27g protein, 2gcarbs,1.5fats
Plain rice cakes: 35 calories, 1g protein, 7gcarbs,0.4gfats

Meal 2:
Chicken breast 115grams: 190calories,35.6gProtein 4.1gFats,

Sweet potatoes with skin 166gram: 149 calories, 3.3g Protein 34.4carbs, 0.2g fats

Avocado small: 160 calories, 2g protein, 8.5g carbs, 14.7g Fats

Meal 3:
Shrimps 179gram: 161calories, 34g Protein, 1.8g fats
Romaine hearts 4piece: 13calories, 0.7g protein, 2g carbs,
0.3g fats
Grape tomatoes 10: 25 calories, 0.8g protein, 4.2gcarbs
Walnuts 15gram: 98 calories: 2.3gProtein, 2.1g carbs, 9.8g fats

Total macros 200g protein, 170g carbs, 50g fats a round 1950 calories


Its been 28 days so far, 14days in for Tren/Prop im at 193lbs 14% body fat, I dropped body fat and put on lean lbs so far

Doing 40mins cardio burning 400 calories 6days a week
Already have my pct/hcgand doing AI 1mg twice a week plus cabergoline
