Its going to vary person to person...but on average i would say around 1/2 pound a week without worrying about any muscle, and 1 pound with a little muscle weight in there maybe...but nothing to bad. You just need to experiment and play with your diet and cardio output to get to know your body and how it reacts...Quote:
