My personal opinion?
Intermittent Fasting. Anti-inflammatory. Keto.
No seed oils (or other pro-inflammatory foods).
It seems to me that the diet should contain fast carbohydrates and in sufficient quantities. Health care providers who treat COVID patients are constantly on the move and need fast energy. Of course, you shouldn't forget about proteins and fats to make them feel full. But quick access to energy is key.
