    Diet and BF%

    Hi Guys, I have been on the BB for a while and have been training pretty hard but would like some more opinions of my diet.....

    Im a fatty 23% to be exact..I weight 244 pounds and am 6'1 -26 years old..

    I would like to knock 13 points off the fat meter without killing all my mass....here is my diet..please help me out...

    Here is my new revised food list after some helpful suggestions from you guys:

    5:30am cardio -30 min

    6:00am breakfast
    -.5 cup of oatmeal with 1tsp honey
    -50 g protein shake in water with 1 tsb flax seed oil
    -Cup of Green Tea

    10:00
    -Protein Shake 25 G
    -1 fat free yogurt

    12:00 -Lunch
    -Can of Tuna
    -2 TSP mayo
    -Couple of sticks of celery and or salad

    2:00

    -Some veggies
    -25G protien Shake

    4:30 -The gym for 45

    5:15-

    -Protien Shake with 50 G of Protein 70G of Dextrose
    -Shake also has a banana, handful of mixed frozen fruit
    -Mixed in water
    -1 Tsb Flax Seed

    7:00 -Dinner

    -Half a Yam, Salad and a Chicken breast

    I am drinking lots of water throughout the day.


    How is that?

    I have been on it for a couple of months...

    Well it would help if you added up your daily totals, i.e amount of carbs, protein, fat, total calories, etc.

    I think the one thing you should have is a plan, whether you're cycling carbs, CKD, or whatever, i think you need to see the big picture.

    A LIGHT JOG FOR 45 MIN. SEEMS TO WORK BEST FOR ME.

    6:00am breakfast

    DROP THE HONEY, MIX 25g OF PROTEIN MIX TO .5c OF OATS, AND ADD 6-8 EGG WHITES

    10:00
    -Protein Shake 25 G
    -1 fat free yogurt
    DROP SHAKE, LEAN PROTEIN HERE AND FLAX

    12:00 -Lunch
    -Can of Tuna
    -2 TSP mayo
    -Couple of sticks of celery and or salad

    2:00

    -Some veggies
    -25G protien Shake
    DROP SHAKE, LEAN PROTEIN HERE AND FLAX

    4:30 -The gym for 45

    5:15-

    -Protien Shake with 50 G of Protein 70G of Dextrose
    -Shake also has a banana, handful of mixed frozen fruit

    -1 Tsb Flax Seed
    DROP FLAX (SLOWS DOWN THE ABSORPTION OF WHEY)

    7:00 -Dinner

    YOU TELL US. HOW MUCH WEIGHT DID U LOSE ON THIS DIET? BF?
    MY SUGGESTONS ARE IN CAPS. WANT MORE WHOLE FOODS IN THERE TO REPLACE THE SHAKES. AS FOR THE MACROS, LIKE SAB SAID U NEED TO BREAK THOSE DOWN. GOOD LUCK.
