    Diet rec

10 years ago on gear I was 320 10% body fat. Now I am 350 probably 40%. I ate around 300g protein 300g carbs 30g fat back in the day. I want to get to 280 12%. I have not started any gear don't know were to get it anymore. But what would be a good start on ratio for goal and 45 min weights 30 min cardio 5 days a week?

So you were 320 pounds while eating 2670 calories per day? That isn't even possible. Your bmr would be around 3200 calories per day

I'm 6'5" tall also Ronnie is 5'11" so yea he is alot bigger for same weight. And when he wasn't in contest we was alot bigger then 300lbs. Ronnie Biceps for example were only 24" mine were 26" and looked nowhere near as good. Now not lifting like I used to they are still 22". I'd say if I had to cut for a contest at that time I'd have to cut to 280 and my bigger frame I'd wouldn't look at place on stage.

Didn't know it was possible to have 26" biceps. So since the bicep makes up roughly one third of the arm, that means your arms were 78", holy crap!!!

Obviously it was circumference measurement with bicep flex on arm not just bicep.

For anyone who wants to look at ratio according to height look up steeve reeves ideal ratios. A 5'10 guy natural ideal ratios leads to a weight of 185lbs. 6'5 ideal ratios leads to 250lbs. 65 lbs difference for same ratios. Now take into effect ronnie coleman 5'11" 300lb comp weight. Would mean a 6'5" guy on same ratios would need to be close to 400lbs. On cut comp weight. There is a reason most body builders are not tall there was a German I followed about 10 years ago who quit for that reason. He needed ungodly size to compete.
