    Help..I'm F*[email protected] starving!!

    I recently began hitting the weights and cardio (50/50) to drop my BF% before I adjust to more weights and mass. The problem is..I'm F***king starving!! I eat at 7:30, 10, noon, 2, 5, 7:30...each time I try for 70-80g Protein and 350-400cals. I am limiting my carbs because my BF is at 22%. I am not full on CKD but I am trying for no more than 50g carbs. I eat so much tuna I think I'm growing gills..I eat at least a half tub of cottage cheese per day and alot of white cod (BTW, super high in protein and cheap..bought it at Sam's Club,in the frozen foods dept...delicious when topped with salsa and cilantro) Why am I so hungry all the time. It's almost painful to wait til the next meal! The most stressful time of the day is when I drive home..PAST A TACO BELL!!!!
    Any help would be appreciated!

    I'm 6"5 230..should be 210!! Thats my goal!

    Add some healthy fats such as Natty PB (My fave),avocados, egg yolks. . .this will keep you satiated for longer periods of time. . .
