When should I increase my calories during bulking?
They said is usually every four weeks or so? What do you think?
I started bulking a month ago and back then I was 177 lbs. I decided to only eat slightly over the maintenance level (250 calories over) since I tend to gain fat very rapidly when I do 500 kcal over. Now I am 186 and apparently gaining 2.5-3 pounds per week eating the same amount of calories of when I first started the bulk. Mind you that I am currently on my 3rd week of test c cycle (first cycle ever).
So, when should add more calories???? Since I have gained nearly 8 pounds already (which is probably mostly water, but still) Like I said, I seem to be gaining weight despite of eating as much as when I was 177 lbs. Sometimes I go to be a bit hungry (although not too hungry). Feeling a bit hungry during a bulk is still common to me. I already know how my body works. But just to let you know..
Thanks in advance.Last edited by TheDreamer; 02-08-2021 at 12:24 AM.
