Eating on the maintenance level during a test c c and still gaining 2.5 pounds a week

I'm an easy gainer so I make sure to add up calories very carefully during my bulk season. Right now I'm on the maintenance level and I'm still gaining weight. I was just wondering if the best idea is to increase my calorie intake to 10% despite of this. It's been over a month that I'm eating the same amount per day and so far I have gained 10 lbs. It would make the most sense, but again, I'm still gaining pounds. Help.

I would leave calories where they are until your weight doesn't increase at all for 2 weeks. After that increase them

you have no clue and all the threads you start are a fucking waste of bandwidth. if you are gaining weight your not eating at maintenance, simple as that. seeing as you have no clue it would make sense you dont know what maintenance level of calories are for your body.

I've been eating the same amount of calories for 4-5 weeks already. I was 177 lbs when I started and now 188. I see progression in my arms, back and shoulders. My chest is just okay. My gut is really big though and bigger than my chest. It's genetics.

You are soooo rude, my friend. How dare you!

Of course I know what maintenance level is but it's also obvious that everyone is different. Unfriendly!
