I've been reading a lot of articles on fitness, nutrition, proteins, and everything the body needs for quite some time now. Interesting links, it's easier to remember in video format. Thanks, it's good for beginners to learn the basics.

Thanks a lot! I also like such format. However, have many books and follow many health blogs. I've recently started following Canada drugs health blog. Found many useful tips there.

I had the experience of losing weight in 3 months. I had a wedding in April, so my task was to lose weight 3 months before this important event.

Most drastic diet I've done took me from 182 lbs to 147 pounds in 4 months. Yes my body fat was in the single digits. At the time I was considering bodybuilding competition as a natty. The problem was I did not like what I looked like naked at that point. I was too scrawny and almost looked like death warmed over. Then after talking with several coaches they were talking about how I could add 4-5 lbs of lean muscle every year!!!! That is what made me say f*** competition. I really think that process burnt me out and allowed me to look at the whole Covid thing as a good enough reason to stop working out for a while. Now I know I am not as lean as I would like to be, but I am working on it and will get their in time, probably faster now that I am on TRT and considering doing a couple Blast and Cruise sessions once I have it all figured out.
