I love that cereal, costco sells like two boxes for $7 and it's got 10g of protein per cup, it makes for a great food to munch on when you're sittin around the house. Supposed to be high in fiber too. Anyone have any opinions on it?

For a cheat day...maybe for a meal or snack...no way. Beef is the way to go!
i wish beef jerky was cheaper :( i know it's always loaded with way too much sodium but it does the trick when u get the munchies. pork rinds are low carb
