I meal prep every weekend, i recommend a smoker, it works great.
I gained about 12lbs this month, with test and anadrol. I'm going to drop the anadrol and add masteron in a few weeks so I'm fine tuning my diet. I'm not huge so I need to at least have a 6 pack for the summer lol
