    New lean bulk diet

    Micros each day- protein 180g
    Carbs. 310g
    Fat. 75g

    Pre workout meal
    Protein 35g, carbs 95g, fat 15g

    Post wo meal
    Protein 45g, carbs 95g, fat 15g

    Meal 3
    Protein 30g, carbs 30g, fat 15g

    Meal 4
    Protean 30g, carbs 30g, fat 15g

    Meal 5
    Protein 40g,carbs 65g, fat 15g


    Mostly Red meat some turkey and a little bit of chicken. Nothing processed except for supplements

    I meal prep every weekend, i recommend a smoker, it works great.

    I gained about 12lbs this month, with test and anadrol . I'm going to drop the anadrol and add masteron in a few weeks so I'm fine tuning my diet. I'm not huge so I need to at least have a 6 pack for the summer lol

    Your plan sounds good. For the last month I have switched to training without additives. In the beginning it was tough, because the body was cleared of chemistry, but now I feel good. Of course, the weight that I lift has slightly decreased without doping, but physically I feel more harmonious.
