Yes..I def. do so thats why I add ECA or something like it so that I still have energy...you also may wanna carb up a few days..I would say low carbs 5 days and 2 days up the carbs a bit..see if that doesnt help!

Adding an eca will help along with a car up day during the week. Also it's a sign that you need tp up your good fats. When I cut carbs down and my fats are high enough I feel run down and have no energy. If you up your fats a bit you'll feel better.
Thanks guys. Ill carb up on the weekends and save the pasta for those days and during the week ill stay low on carbs and eat peanut butter when i need an energry boost.
