Free from caffeine for 50 days

Haven't been drinking coffee for 50 days. Wish me the best luck! I feel energy not letargy. Can focus on my day time work in the sawmill also no drowsiness despite I'm taking strong sleeping pills (suffer from a severe insomnia). Thinking about working out again, not fat, just having a beer belly, weight 90kg on 181cm. Any advice on getting shred, more ripped... ? I think that changing a diet plan would play a big role.

The first step is to normalize your diet. First, review your diet, what you eat and how much, and then adjust accordingly. If it is difficult to count calories, install an application on your phone that will roughly estimate your daily calorie requirement and calculate calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates in food. Of course, apps aren't perfect, but it's a good start.

Must admit I have never tried this since starting coffee about 30+ years ago. Going to see if I can motivate myself to do it.

This is actually giving me an idea.

About 15 years ago I stopped taking caffeine and only ever drank caffeine-free tea, I did that for a while. Then at one point I was taking an M150 (similar to Red Bull) in the morning before work.

I'm currently working from home, but before lockdown in my office we had a free coffee machine that had good coffee so I was going through 5 - 10 cups a day.
