Our body can use ketones as a fuel source when we don't eat enough carbohydrates.

When we don't eat enough carbs, our body takes our fat and passes it through our liver, where it is converted into ketones which we can use as energy.

So that's how we become less chubby and get more ripped: Our fat passes through our liver and gets converted into ketones.

I'm not a nutritionalist, but my understanding is that that's the only way we can lose fat. There isn't any other way.

Therefore, if you're on a diet that's making you lose fat, then it must be a keto diet.

So every fatloss diet is a keto diet, right?

Am I missing something here? Again I'm not a nutrionalist, but from what I understand, every fatloss diet works by ketogenesis. There isn't any other way to lose fat except for liposuction.
