I don’t carb cycle. My TDEE is 2500 rn. So assuming I did, and assuming I’m cutting in a 500 calorie deficit, I’d do low days on my 3 non training days at 55f|150c|180p and 45f|250c|180p on training days.
Basically cutting my pre workout meal in carbs out of non trainings days.
170lbs 5’6” 15%bf.
