    help with diet on this cycle

    I need all the help I can get on the diet part of my cycle if anyone could make up a diet for me that would be great my courent cycle is......

    1-4 100mg's prop/susp blend
    1-16 600mg's eq
    1-17 750mg's enan
    7-19 75mg's fina
    18-19 100mg'sprop/susp blend

    12/14/16 1000 ius hgh+
    armidex .5mg eod while on
    wk's 12/14/16

    age 25
    198 lbs
    5'10"

    Try posting what your diet looks like or what yo uthink it should look like and we can help you improve it. If you want help makinmga diet you need to help us out first.

    Well thats the thing I dont know where to start I eat just about everything but fish well i eat tuna but manly chick, salads, veg,some meat but not too much.

    Like I said I have no clue where to start

    What's your schedule like??? Are you able to eat every 2-3 hours???
