    My nutrition plan for the next months

    Hi bro's.

    After a horrible 12 weeks moving into my new house etc. I have lost about 28 lbs due to stress, not working out and eating very, very bad...so with al the new plans i have decided to plan everyting out to the letter and came up with this:

    It didnt came out really well, but i hope you can read it..Its basically 3800 Kcals in a 40-40-20 distribution regarding Protein, carbs and fats..about 8 "meals"
