    My Cut diet, suggestion pls

    Hello,
    I'm 22 yrs old and natural.
    184 cm
    95 kg
    %19 fat rate(my estrogen is high so i want to reduce my fat percentage)

    What do you think about my diet macro and calories? am i missing something? i want to burn fat.

    Cardio System:
    3 Days 1 hours liss cardio walking on an empty stomach.
    +3 Days after workout 15 mins liss cardio bicycle.
    1 day off.

    Training Push/Pull/Legs System(works each muscle twice a week)
    5 days heavy weight training.
    2 day off.

    Nutrition:
    8 a.m. cardio 1 hours on an empty stomach

    9 a.m.> 150g oatmeal(80g carb,11g fat,21g protein) +Abbot Nutrivigor(37g carb,11 fat,20g protein,15 gr sugar)

    12 a.m.>chicken breast 130g(30 g protein)

    14.00 p.m. pre workout meal >chicken breast 130g(30 g protein) + 90g rice(70g carb+6g protein) + 1 rice cream(29g carb)

    16.00 > workout bcaa while working

    17.00 > post workout meal > isolate protein powder(30g protein)

    17.45 > 130g chicken breast(30 g protein) + 80g rice(60g carb+6g protein)

    20.00 > 130g chicken breast(30g protein)

    00.00 > 200g curd cheese before bed for casein(54 gr protein, 12g fat)

    Macros: 221g protein + 276g carb+ <50 g fat = 2300-2500 cal (The app shows the calories I've burned around 3000.)

    I am waiting for your suggestions for my diet, do you think I am wrong?

    Hard to say by one photo but you look leaner than 19%

    Diet is easy, do what you are doing, track it every day and change it as needed. I would only change the carbs as needed, on a cut you can get by with 150-200 easily depending on your metabolism.

    Your diet needs good fats, vegetables to provide micronutrients and fiber, include avocado, cashews etc., and a few cups of vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce salad... And Iranon's advice 150g or less carbs per day to melt fat

    I followed this advices and dropped to 85 kilos. Carbs were up to max 150g and I reduced my fat rate to around 13%. My waist is pretty thin now. Thank you guys for support Now it's time to start the new first long cycle.
