Lightbulb What is the cup size that diets are made of?

When a diet is prescribed in "cup", how many ml is the cup? Because there are so many sizes out there, I believe it's 240ml right , standard size cup?

8oz is the measure we use in the US. That's probably around 240ml, I guess, but Google can give us the conversion.

BTW, my favorite cup size is double d, but that's a different thing

LOL yep, it really does depend! Double JJs probably don't work on a 300 pounder, but a nice full C looks good on a lean triathlete lady!

The USDA says 1 cup of cooked rice is 158g, other people say it's around 250g. You know more precisely, I never put the rice in the cup, and I weighed it with a kitchen scale to know!
