Does Safflower Oil contain CLA? I keep reading that CLA comes from Safflower Oil, but I was reading Arnold's encyclopedia and he states that Safflower Oil does not contain Linoleic Acid. I recently went out and bought Safflower Oil because I thought it was made up of CLA, am I right or wrong?
