Could someone answer afew of my g's please
first off ... how many calories are in 1 gram of protein/fat and carb's ? so that my #'s for the day are correct ..
also .. currently i weight 210 at 5'10 and am ~25% bodyfat(although i think this is high) so i should be consuming around 3200 to maintain and 2700 + am cardio to cut down .. i take it i don't need to consume calories for my fat weight so could i eat 2700 which is my lean body weight - 500 which is 2200? and still maintain my muscle ? what do you fellas think ... i wanna maintain as much muscle as possible as i have made some good gains and will most likely hit up a dbol/test cycle after i get to ~10%
can someone such as myself thats more overweight afford to lose more then the 1/2 - 1 1/2 a week and maintain muscle ?
