I need some help on dropping 5 lbs within a week. Right now my calories are 1800. Protein is 200, carbs 120, fats 55. I was thinking about dropping my carbs to 80-100. Maybe even 50. What do you all think? Thanks for the help

Thank you to both of you. Yes it was risky and I was able to do it by dropping water weight. Also fasting and cardio as well. I had to do it for a competition but now I’m back to normal. Normally I like to do everything slowly with lots of time for changes to happen but the scale just wouldn’t change lol. Thanks again for your help.
