    Cycle or not cycle Creatine?

    Mixed opinions but....What is the prevailing belief on whether you need to cycle creatine or can tou just safely stay on indefinitely?

    Nevermind. The prevailing knowledge says NO you do not need to ever come off creatine (unless you want to shed some water)
