Hello all.. 40 year old male/200lbs/15%bf/6'2/vegetarian but eat eggs
I don't eat meat .. trying to up my protein intake.. I take 2 scoops of VEGA protein which is protein from chickpeas .. and 2 scoops of casein before bed .. getting close to 100g of protein from it. I get another 100g from greek yogurt/cottage cheese/eggs, etc. so roughly 200g of protein per day
Is this too much on my body? I feel okay for now .. did have GI issues earlier this year but not sure what it was related to. I workout 6x/week.
Let me know your thoughts.
