Is it safe for the muscle to fast, let's say, 3 times a week from 8pm to 8pm the next day for a couple of weeks? I'm getting 600mg of test a week if it helps and I'm on my 3rd week cycling. My bodyfat is super high and my problem is that it shows in my bellly the most. Pride is just less than a week apart and I need to lose at least an inch before the event. I ask because it looks like I reached a plateau. Thanks in advance.
