Diett vs training turningpoint!
U hear it everywhere. Diett is everything. Diett is 70%. Wannabees, trainers, bodybuilders, gymrats, PTs agree on that. Maybe some pros also. Just completely novices dont understand this. Novices are rigth though.
Until lately i also agreed. Then i saw my favourite youtube fitness guru, Thomas Delauer stated. Training is 75%. Then i was hooked. It all make sense. 40 years in the trenches. I fucking agree. Training is everything.
Its also backed up by my favourite outside the box youtube specialists on fasting, diett, heart, muscle conserving, fatloss etc dr Jason Fung and that indian heart and methabolic syndrome spesialist, Dr Pradip Jamnadas
Muscles get bigger, keep it up, with stimuli. Not food.
If bad diett but max training, it will cut it pretty good.
If max diett wo training, its dogshit.
It isnt good carbs every 2. hours and 400 gs of protein ed which fix your upper chest problem.
But military press with chest focus could.
Yeah, but if i dont eat 1000 carbs ed, i look like a natty?
Yes u do, but the muscles are stil there, but they are not filled with water and glykogen.
But forsure they will dissapear like a fart in the wind if u dont train.
When i tore my tri, my rigth arm shrinked like a mf. In no time relatively.
I ate tons of food. I was also cycling i think. Didnt help at all.
