Hello everyone,

Would it make any difference if eating Oats mixed in strawberry Whey powder (adding a bit of water + chias grains, stirring all nicely and into the microwave 3mins, comes out a delicious mini cake, leaving to cool down and adding 30g of honey on top) versus eating celery and cabbage and chicken salad ? .. As long as both falls down into my daily calories needs and still in deficit by 500 with the Oats cake and a 1000 with the celery, cabbage, chicken mix ....

So which one would be best ? My gut feeling tells me the Chicken, celery, cabbage but .. since oats has extremely low glycemic index then it wouldnt be releasing any insuline except for the honey added ..

What are you thoughts ? Keep in mind this is an evening last meal around 9pm in cutting phase lasting 8 weeks ....
