    Bagles?

What do you guys think of eating wholewheat bagles with some natural peanut butter in the morning while trying to bulk up?

I personally eat Rye bagels because they're comparable to oatmeal in the sense that they're slow burning. Butt usually I add crisco and chocolate jimmmies.....

No tons of peanutbutter, and on the weekends, my wifey makes me bagels with poached eggs and cheese.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm ..... thanks Ripsid... Crisco and chocolate jimmmies. Now I have some new bulking ideas.

slick1921 - as long as the bagels come from wheat and not processed flower then for bulking they are great. Tons of cals and carbs. Natural peanut butter is ok as long as you are getting more protein from another source durring that meal. If not then Pheedno has a good choice for you.
