What is your normal day like??? (sample meal plan)
Hey,
I just realized that I am a boring ass when it comes to eating.. Well because I need to know what I eat, I also have to plan, and I also have to bring it to work.. well I pretty much eat the sam thing every day.
So just curious, what is your sample day like? What do you eat? I need to convince my girl that I am not the only one this boring.......
This is me:
Meal 1
60 g oats
15 g nuts of some kind
20 g raisin
ALL THE ABOVE MIXED WITH ONE CUP LOW FAT YOGHURT
1 can of tuna
1 serving whey (20g protein in skim milk)
Meal 2
1 can of tuna
60 g oats with 1 cup of low fat youghurt
Meal 3
200 g chicken (cooked)
100 g rice
Meal 4
1 can of tuna
60 g oats with 1 cup of low fat yoghurt
Meal 5
20 g whey in skim milk
WORKOUT
Meal 6
60 g oats
15 g nuts of some kind
20 g raisin
ALL THE ABOVE MIXED WITH ONE CUP LOW FAT YOGHURT
1 can of tuna
1 serving whey (20g protein in skim milk)
It all adds up to around
250 g protein, 300 g carbs and some fat.
So what is yours?

I'm cutting right now so for me it goes something like this:
1. Omellette (eggs, peppers, mushrooms, salsa, cheese)
2. Protein shake with water
3. 2 chicken breasts + brocolli
4. Omellette (same as 1)
5. Hamburger patty w/cheese + 1 hard boiled egg + green tea
On workout days it's this:
1. Protein pancakes (pre-workout)
2. Whey + dextrose (post workout)
3. Cottage cheese (post workout + 30 mins)
4. 1 chicken breast, brocolli, yams or brown rice
5. Protein shake with water
6. Omellette
7. Hamburger patty w/cheese + 1 hard boiled egg + green tea
BTW: Your breakfast with the yogurt and raisons and oats sounds good! I'm going to have to try that out when I start bulking again. Also no cooking.
