Hi All,
Is adding light/no fat mayo to my canned Tuna OK?
Tuna straight out of the can is getting nasty.
Thanks

I've often added a little hot sauce and about a Tsp or sweet relish. it's good to me that way, but I don't like mayo much either
Light mayo = sugary junk
Use full fat mayo, it beats the lousy carbs in low fat.
"helmans just 2 good" is good stuff.

I agree. It tastes OK and only has 2g of fat, 1g of sugar, 2g total carbs per tablespoon.Quote:

Taste was VERY good... considering how fed up of tuna I am, this meal surprised me.
Olive oil is 100% fat, but it's "good fat" and at least it's nowhere as bad for you as mayonnaise.

That was a cheap shot papa...
I'm a sucker, I LOAD the mayo....I love mayo.
The fat is what I worry about least, if you're strict on everything else, you should burn that extra fat with your activities and all that added muscles...
