    kashi "go lean" crunch

I love that cereal, costco sells like two boxes for $7 and it's got 10g of protein per cup, it makes for a great food to munch on when you're sittin around the house. Supposed to be high in fiber too. Anyone have any opinions on it?

Since its a grain, i think the protein is incomplete.
