My dieting diary
Hey all
Thanks for clicking on.
I am going to include my diet plans for all to see and make comments..
I am 28 this yr. Have been training for 3 yrs consistently.
Problems with my body: Water retention and weak definition.
Problems with my training: Not aggressive enough... been performing pyramid training for most of my body parts
Weakest body parts: Delts and forearms.
Weight: 82 kg...abt 180.4pds
Height: 172cm... abt... 5'8"?
Body fat: 15%
I just finished my weight gaining cycle from 78 to 82 within two months...
Time to cut.. but I want to make it this time... even if there aint any competition for me to push myself.. will post my workout routine in another forum.
