Salmon suggestions
So what do you salmon eaters season your salmon with? All my salmon comes pre-cooked so I just wondering what to season with.

I use a little Tiger Sauce. Makes it a little spicy. Per tblspn it's around 160mg of sodium you don't even need that much to give it a different taste.

garlic expressions (can be found in most supermarkets). Its a garlic vinegarete that you marinate in salmon for 5 minutes after its cooked. My mouth is starting to drool just thinking about it...g/g

Spice it with whatever you like and sear it in a hot cast iron skillet with just a bit of olive oil a couple of minutes per side.

Personally I like tabasco (I eat that stuff on all kinds of things) and reduced sodium Teriyaki sauce. One of my favorite things to eat is to put Salmon on the grill with Teriyaki on it, wrapped in foil. That stuff is good. Healthy too.

I chop up a few garlic cloves and brown it in a pan with some extra virgin olive oil then pour it over.
