i am about to start a new stack of ses and deca .
my diet is horrible, i have no discipline. i have read up on some good diets but i aint got time to measure out, a oz of cheese an oz of eggs and all that shit, i am tring to really bulk up on muscle mass, what i a good plan to where i dont have to go to a great extreme?
something like protien shakes, every so many hours between meals? what can i do???
