I can't answer your question until I get the nasty thought of boiled chicken out of my head. Ewww, I can practically taste it!

You weren't thinking about eating raw chicken if the protein was higher, were you?

hell no just wondering, does it matter if its chicken brest fillets or a hole chicken or any parts... well the question is, would all the other chickens bits be the same protein as the brest?

Good God I,ve seen it all now - LOL

Is that the meat off a cooked chicken b,c it does not look like breast. There has got to be at least 500g there so roughly 120g breast is around 25g of protein so there has got to be around 100g.

Hell bro if that is right or not is anybodys guess

First of all ... Good idea to cook it brother .... hehe
Not even Sushi chefs want to tackle that raw .... They will however serve up that poisonous blow fish that you need a special Sushi license to serve ...but chicken ( NO )

The breast of chicken is the portion of choice simply due to its fat content being exceptionally lower ... but if you have a hard time getting fat and need the lil extra to put on some weight , using the other parts of the chicken are cheaper .... I would still remove the skin ......

    Good luck

Vinh...go buy an inexpensive food scale. That way you can wiegh all of your portions and get an accurate reading as to how much protein you're getting in your diet.

Realisticly its like me showing you a photo of my feet and saying how big is my penis?See what I mean you just can,t guess the weight of a pile of chicken from a photo

Alright guy's give vinh a break

Alright guy's give vinh a break. Although the question may be obscure to say the least, if vinh stay's on the diet and the workout routine that I put him on he is going to be as big as a house before long.

    Vinh,
Forget how much protien is in the chicken and just eat as much of it as you can.

    IC

PS And then eat some more!
