bulking diet
im 6'0 175 lbs im tryin to come up with a bulking diet (got this one from another thread on this site) what do yall think? to much calories? ive been lifting for a while but am very new to the diet part
meal 1
1 cup of oats
6 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 serving of whey
5 slices apple
634 cals 40/40/20
meal 2
2 scoops whey
2 tbspoons nat. peanut butter
1 cup lowfat milk
1 medium size banana
652 cals 40/30/30
meal 3
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup oats
525 cals. 35/33/31
meal 4
2 scoops whey
40 carbs gatorade
375 cals 46/47/7
meal 5 1 hour after post workout shake
8 oz top sirloin steak
1/2 cup oats
3 cups brocolli
519 cals 47/21/32
meal 6
8 oz chicken breast
2 cups brocolli
2 cups strawberries

Looks pretty good bro, I'd take meal 5 and keep it at chicken breast and 1 cup of rice and veggie.

can i use tuna instead of chicken breast?
should the rice be white or brown rice?
can i substitute the cottage cheese for somethin else? cottage cheese is fuckin sick
also im 17 y/o do yall think i still need that many calories?
