    Question instead of dextrose

    heys guys , i was wondering, is there anything i can use instead of Dextrose PWO ???

    you want your pwo carbs to come from a mix of dextrose and maltodextrin. Both are cheap as dirt.

    honey is ok, but contains too much fructose which doesnt restore muscle glycogen

    gatorade powder would be better. or crunch up a bunch of sweet tarts or smarties

    its hard to me to get some, i dont found localy , on the web i have to paid 20-25$ only for shipping (im in canada).

    i wanted to know if i could use something else, but ill have no choice than buying on the web i guess! , i will be ordering soon...

    Dextrose can be found anywhere they sell wine products. You can also use some Gatorade mix for post workout.
