Ok im startin cardio tommorow 5x a week for 45min. I dont have class untill 1 so i decided to wake up about 11 and go. Im just wonderin if i should wake up at like 9 in teh mornin and drink a shake than go back to sleep, or should i wait till after doin cardio to eat so i burn more fat? Im 185 about 12%BF lookin to see abs, should I still be eatin about 300-350 g of protein a day? Im keepin my carbs real low probably 50-75g/day. No AS yet, just ECA and in a couple weeks Clen to help out. I want to cut down before I bulk up. Any suggestions? Thanks, Doc![]()
