bulking - how much is to much???
Hey guys. I've been bulking since about late summer, so that would be for about three months now. Gains have been good; have gone from about 165 to 190 (will post pics when I get them). I can tell that I've gained more than just muscle :) but am finally getting used to eating constantly. abs are gone, but muscle strength is up as well as general size. getting comments too, which are great!
Since it is early November and my ultimate goal is to be 200-210, should I keep bulking until February/March OR trim down a little now and start bulking again in January. Keep in mind the holiday season is just around the corner and that's like bulking paradise.
